Thank you for shopping with HM Threads! We’re excited to create something special just for you. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

1. Processing Times

All items are custom embroidered to order. Our standard turnaround time is:

• Approx. 3 weeks for production, there is an expedited option for +$10 (approx. 10 business days)

• During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer

We begin processing once payment is received and all customization details are confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship orders via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and shipping selection at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout 

3. Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in Macclenny, FL 32063. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or missing:

• Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided

• We are happy to help with filing a claim if needed


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. HM Threads is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

7. International Shipping

Currently, we [do not] offer international shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HM Threads! Each item is custom embroidered with love and care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy below.

Custom Orders

All sales are final on personalized or custom embroidery items. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    •    Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

    •    Typos or misspellings submitted by the customer

    •    Change of mind after the order is placed

Please double-check all details before placing your order.


Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our end (such as incorrect ordered embroidery, wrong item received, or a defect in the product), please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue. We will issue store credit only 

 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases:

    •    Text us (904-312-3688) with your name and a clear photo of the issue.

    •    We may ask for the item to be returned in its original, unused condition.


Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will help you file claims or track your package if needed.


Non-Custom Items

For non-customized items (if applicable), we accept returns for store credit only, within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
