All products are custom-made and may vary slightly from listing images due to their nature. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but we are not responsible for slight variations in thread color, placement, or size due to the nature of embroidery.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept secure payment through Shopify’s payment system and trusted third-party processors.

4. Order Cancellation & Changes

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in production. Please double-check spelling, colors, and sizing before placing your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Embroidery is a delicate and permanent process.

• While every effort is made to ensure a high-quality result, mistakes can occasionally happen.

• HM Threads is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-provided items if an error occurs during embroidery.
